Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the plants or items you wish to return.

  Approval and Packaging

  Once approved, carefully repackage the items in their original nursery pots and protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate a specialized green-logistics courier to collect the plants from your doorstep, ensuring they are handled with the necessary care.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our horticulturists inspect the returned items at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
